     PARKS MASTER PLAN

    West Bountiful has been working with a  planning consultant to develop a master plan for parks, open space, recreation, arts & trails. With the help of public surveys, a steering committee and general input from residents a draft plan is being reviewed.

          DESTINATION HOMES
       West Side Development

     Destination Homes held several meetings for members of city council, planning commission, and the public to collect input and ideas related to future development for the city's west side. The week of Oct 23, they discussed several initial proposals based on their findings. 
    Before any proposals can be formally reviewed and discussed, an application will need to be filed with the City by the developer.  Notice of filings and all public hearings will be noticed here, on the Utah State Public Notice Website, and on the city's social media accounts.
