        Master Plan Project

    The City is in the process of developing a master plan to guide future decisions related to Recreation, Arts and Parks funding and development of infrastructure and services with a strong emphasis on the use of RAP Tax funding. 
    We'd like input from our residents by completing this SURVEY. An Open House to discuss the project will be held on Thursday, September 7 at 6:30 pm.

  
    SUMMER REMINDERS

Summer is a great time of year to enjoy
the outdoors but there are some things to keep in mind especially in hot weather. 
 -  Do not leave children or pets in parked
     vehicles for ANY amount of time.
  - Drink fluids to avoid dehydration.
  - Do not water between 10 am & 6 pm
  - Wear Sunscreen and mosquito
     repellant.
  - Maintain weeds before they become a     fire hazard.
  - Keep animals on a leash. 

           2017 ELECTION

     The following individuals have filed as Candidates to run for Mayor and two City Council seats (4 year terms).

     Meet the Candidates Night will be held on Monday, Oct. 2 beginning at 6:30 pm at city hall. The General Election will be held on November 7, 2017.

   GAS PIPELINE PROJECT

     Questar Gas, now Dominion Energy, is  in the process of replacing two high-pressure gas lines that run from North Salt Lake to Centerville, and they will be crossing West Bountiful from south to north over the course of 2017. In many cases, they will remain in their existing right-of-way, but they are also exploring moving the pipes into city streets where possible. This project will impact 1450 W, 400 N, Jessi’s Meadow Dr., Jessi’s Meadow Way, 1200 N, 1100 W, Pages Ln and Porter Ln.
